Skyler and Taylor were outstanding. The manager was incredibly helpful, and I am glad I brought my vehicle to them for repairs. Communication was thorough. I am relieved I chose to bring my vehicle to Cascade over other collision shops.

Excelent quality on the repairs, and fantastic customer service by Skyler and the whole cascade team. I was very happy with there quality and standing behind their work. *A Follow up to this post. I need to recind the statement that they stand behind there work. i recevied my car back and I sill had a camera issue which is one of the items to be fixed. I took it back in and they told me that I needed to take my car to a dealership and have them fix my cameras. So I guess once this company gets paid they don't really care about the service or quality that they perform. I'm sorry but I will not return to Cascade or recoment them. ***Ok I have to Follow up on my last Follow up. ha. So Let me say there was a bit of a miss comunication and I over recacted to my situation at Cascade. I ended up taking my car to Ford and they were able to determan there was some damage to the camera and Cascade step up bigtime to took care of the damage and payid for the repairs. Derek and Skyler were very kind in follwing up and making sure everything was done to satifaction. So in the end Cascade did the right thing in taking care of the customer and I will admit I over reacted when I thought I

My car was beautifully repaired. It was more extensive than I thought when I brought it in, and so I'm a very appreciative of their employee. Employee Skylar keeping me informed and helping me with insurance and rental car issues due to the fact that I had to go out of town before the car was done. If I ever have to have a repair again and I have a choice of where to go I would definitely choose this place.

Cascade Collision is the absolute best. They take care of people first, a rarity in this industry. Quick story - my 3-year old decided to draw (with a rock) on her teacher's car, leaving a scratch that I was unable to get out on my own. I called Cascade prepared to pay an arm and leg for the ability to show my face again at school. Instead, Cascade got me in immediately and buffed out the scratch at no charge. The car looks fantastic. I will be using them for all future service, highly recommend!

Cascade did a great job after I hit a deer with my Bronco. It came back to me like new. Skyler was wonderful in making sure my insurance company paid for all OEM parts. The process was easy and the end result was perfect.
